Vegetarian zucchini and carrot fritters

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 ½ tbsp flour
  • 1 pinch of herbal salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • n. B. cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely grate the zucchini and carrot. Combine the vegetables with the egg and flour, and season with herb salt and pepper. If you like, you can stir in grated cheese. Heat oil in a pan and cook several pancakes.
