Tuna curd spread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 75 g cream cheese (Philadelphia Balance)
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 handful of radishes
  • 1 shot of skimmed milk
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • chili
  • Herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Light and high in protein

Dice the shallot and radishes and mix with the low-fat quark, cream cheese, and tuna. I always use a fork to make the tuna very fine. Add a dash of oil and a little milk to loosen the spread a bit. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chili, and herbs. I usually let the spread sit in the fridge for another hour to intensify the flavor. My tip: This spread also tastes great with TUC biscuits as a quick snack.
