Strawberry-banana smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 400 ml orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries. Place them in a blender. Peel and chop the bananas, and add them to the blender. Pour in the orange juice and blend everything until smooth. Serve immediately, if possible, as the smoothie may settle, depending on the power of the blender. This isn’t a problem; it just won’t look as good.
