Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 200 g Edam cheese or Gouda
- 100 g gherkins from the jar
- 7 tbsp condensed milk
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Cucumber liquid from the jar
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water or water with broth. Then let it cool completely, adding a little water occasionally if necessary and stirring to prevent the pasta from becoming too dry and sticky. Meanwhile, combine the canned milk, oil, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Also add 2-3 tablespoons of the cucumber juice. Dice the cheese and cucumbers and stir them into the bowl with the pasta.
