Filled pretzel sticks

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pretzel sticks
  • 2 spring onions
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven (electric oven: 200°C/fan: 175°C/gas: see manufacturer’s instructions). Trim and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rolls. Roughly tear the cheese. Mix well with the eggs, sour cream, and onions and season with pepper. Cut the pretzel sticks lengthwise, making a deep cut, but not all the way through. Carefully spread them apart slightly and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Fill with the cheese mixture. Bake in the hot oven for about 5 minutes.
