Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml water, lukewarm
- 500 g spelt flour, adjust the liquid if you use other flour
- 1 cube of yeast
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp fruit vinegar
- 100 g grains (e.g. millet, sunflower seeds, linseed, etc.)
- Fat and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Dissolve the yeast in the water and mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour everything into a greased and floured loaf pan (the dough will be relatively runny) and place it in a cold (!) oven. Set the temperature to 200°C (top/bottom heat). After one hour, the bread is ready.
