Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (e.g. spiral pasta)
- Water (salt water)
- 5 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 1 pack of bacon (belly bacon), diced
- 1 bag(s) cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- chili
- Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water as directed and set aside. Brown the bacon, then add the pasta and cook over medium heat. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the milk and season to taste (I like it a bit spicier). Once the pasta is browned, add the egg mixture and cheese. Stir well until the egg is well set and lightly browned. Serve on a plate and, if desired, season lightly with Maggi.
