Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g rice
  • 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • some capers
  • some lettuce
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the rice and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain, rinse thoroughly, and let the rice dry. Mix the tomato ketchup with mayonnaise, season with salt, pepper, and vinegar, and season with the seasoning. Serve on the washed, dried lettuce leaves. Halve the eggs and place them on top of the rice salad, garnished with capers.
