Leaf salad with orange dressing and walnuts

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 head of oak leaf lettuce
  • 1 head of Lollo Bianco
  • ½ orange(s)
  • 1 tbsp mustard, orange-honey-
  • 3 tbsp oil (peanut oil)
  • 1 ½ tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 30 g walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the stalk off the lettuce and wash it thoroughly, tearing it apart if necessary. Dry the lettuce in a salad spinner. Squeeze the juice from half an orange and mix it with the remaining ingredients and a little water to make a dressing. Season to taste. Just before serving, stir the dressing and chopped walnuts into the salad.
