Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g rib(s) (thick pork rib)
  • Spice mix (spit roast spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

In the Actifry

Have the butcher cut the thick rib lengthwise. Cut into individual ribs with a knife. Sprinkle all over with spit roast seasoning and let it marinate for at least 2 hours. Arrange the ribs in the lower part of the Actifry. Deep-fry for 25-30 minutes, depending on the desired degree of browning.
