Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g rice pudding
- 1 liter of milk
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 g almond sticks
- some lemon flavor
- e.g. raisins or other diced dried fruit
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without stirring
Combine all ingredients in a shallow baking dish and stir. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 1 hour. Stir after the first 15-20 minutes to loosen the rice. At the end of the cooking time, a delicious brownish milky skin will form on top. To avoid this, cover the rice pudding with aluminum foil. Serve on its own, with compote, or with fruit sauce. Can be served hot or cold.
