Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 2 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g yogurt, 1.5% fat, or vanilla yogurt
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 190 g sugar
- Fat, for the shape

Slim apple pie, for 12 slices with only 150 kcal per slice
Mix all ingredients, except the apple, into a batter and pour into the springform pan. Cut the apple into thin slices and top the batter with them. It looks best when placed in a circle, from the outside in. Bake at 175°C for about 15 minutes, until the batter has ‘popped’ through. This depends a lot on the oven, so you’ll have to keep an eye on it. The cake will be more flat, like a tart. This recipe has 1830 kcal, so for 12 slices, that’s 150 kcal per slice.
