  • 2 cups of cream cheese (200 g each)
  • 2 spring onions, in rings

  • ½ handful of sunflower seeds
  • 4 wrap(s), diameter 30 cm

  • 2 mangoes
  • 2 small limes
  • 1 ½ tsp broth powder, instant (e.g. Tellofix)
  • e.g. chili pepper from the mill

Clean and dice the bell peppers, and mix with cream cheese, spring onions, sambal oelek, 1/2 teaspoon diced garlic, smoked salt, pepper, paprika, 2-3 dashes of Tabasco, fried onions, and sunflower seeds. Then roll the mixture into wraps. Place the wraps in a baking dish and top with sliced ​​cheese. Place the wraps in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) and bake for 15 minutes, then finish baking for another 10 minutes at 200°C. Meanwhile, dice the mangoes and limes and season with the remaining garlic, stock powder, chili pepper, and salt. Blend the mixture with a hand blender or blender until creamy.
