Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Delicious and healthy snack for in between meals, as a lunch break or on the go.
Mash the banana, add all the other ingredients except the milk, and knead into a dough that’s easy to work with and no longer sticky. To firm up the dough, add more ground nuts if desired. If the dough is too crumbly, a few tablespoons of milk can make it smoother. Now form into walnut-sized balls and enjoy. This “basic recipe” can be wonderfully varied with other ingredients. For example, add vanilla, roll in desiccated coconut, roll in cocoa powder, or modify with other dried fruits or nuts. If stored in an airtight container and refrigerated, the balls will keep for several days.
