Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g muesli (fruit or chocolate muesli)
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 3 tbsp apricot jam
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 g desiccated coconut or
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the coconut or chocolate shavings and let stand for about 10 minutes. Then, using a spoon or your hands, form balls (about 3 cm in diameter) and roll them in the shavings. Store in a plastic container in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
