Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries
  • 1 orange(s), the juice (alternatively 75 ml unsweetened orange juice)
  • 100 g honey
  • 350 g yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rinse and coarsely chop the strawberries. Place them in a blender along with the honey and puree. Squeeze the orange. Mix the strawberry puree, orange juice, and yogurt. Let it set in an ice cream maker or in the freezer (when preparing in the freezer, stir the ice cream every 20-30 minutes to prevent ice crystals from forming and to ensure a creamy consistency).
