Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 100 g berries, frozen or fresh
  • 250 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Combine yogurt, vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and berries. Whip the cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture. Pour into small glasses and freeze for about 4 hours.
