- 1 leaf of fresh kale, without stems
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 mango(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Vitamin bomb in winter
Chop the greens from a large kale leaf into pieces. Peel and slice the orange. Peel the mango and cut out any usable flesh. Place all of these ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Note: This green smoothie is a true vitamin bomb and will also appeal to children. It’s a great introduction to the world of green smoothies, as it tastes fruity and not at all green—and certainly not like cabbage.
