Carrot, cucumber, and apple smoothie with turmeric

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • 1 small piece(s) of cucumber(s), approx. 60 g
  • 1 apple
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 pinches of turmeric powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel, wash, and slice the carrot. Peel and slice the cucumber. Organic apples do not need to be peeled. Wash the apple, remove the core, and slice it into pieces. With a good blender, you don’t need to core it. Combine the vegetables, fruit, and water in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with the turmeric powder.
