Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • ½ apple
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • some lime juice
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with spinach and apple

Thaw the spinach. Wash the apple, quarter it, and remove the core. Peel the kiwi and blend it with the spinach, apple, and cold water in a blender until smooth. Season the smoothie with lime juice, pour into a glass, and enjoy immediately.
