Warm millet porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g millet
  • 250 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 30 g chia seeds, crushed
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the millet and oat milk to a boil in a saucepan and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and stir in the chia seeds – I always grind them fresh in a coffee grinder. Mash the banana with a fork and mix in. Core, wash, and dice the apple. Peel and slice the orange, then add everything to the puree. Mix and serve.
