Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 cup oat milk (oat drink), approx. 250 ml
  • 1 small apple
  • e.g. Stevia or Xucker
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Pour the oat milk into a saucepan. Cut the apple into small pieces and add it to the pan. As it warms up, gradually stir in the oats and stir until a thick porridge forms. Remove from the heat and stir in cinnamon and birch sugar, if desired. This oatmeal is very healthy and festive. It keeps you full for a long time and lowers blood sugar levels. It has a low GI and GL, which is why it’s even suitable for low- and glycemic index (LGI) in moderation, although it’s not low-carb. Approx. 397 kcal per serving, carbohydrates 93.2 g, fat 7.1 g, protein 9.7 g
