Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
- 30 g low-fat curd cheese
- 30 g oat flakes
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- e.g. corn, olives or capers, as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours
Finely chop the onion and garlic and add it to a bowl with the remaining ingredients (use corn, olives, or capers if desired). Mix well. Form the mixture into meatballs and fry in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
