fruity-fresh water for the summer

Cut the unpeeled cucumber and ginger into thin slices and place them in a carafe or glass bottle. Peel the mango, cut it into small pieces, and add it. Fill with water and let it steep for about 6 hours. If you like, add ice cubes before enjoying. Tip: If you don’t have enough time to steep, it helps to pour a splash of hot water over the ingredients. Only then add the remaining water. You can also use frozen mango instead of fresh mango. It will infuse the water with flavor more quickly.
