Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g radishes – green (quantity of 1 bunch)
  • 1 m.-large banana(s), ripe
  • 1 m.-large kiwi(s), ripe
  • 150 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed or organic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 50 ml mineral water, still or tap water
  • 1 tsp oil (linseed oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

fresh-exotic smoothie, vegan

Sort the radish greens, wash thoroughly, and shake dry. Peel the banana and kiwi and roughly chop them. Puree both in a blender with the lemon juice. Chop the radish greens, add them to the blender, and puree again. Finally, add the water, orange juice, and linseed oil and blend everything into a creamy smoothie. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy fresh. When it comes to radish leaves, please only use fresh, plump, green leaves. It is also best to use unsprayed radishes from your own garden or the greens from organic radishes. Radishes are very healthy and contain, among other things, mustard oil, which is responsible for the slightly spicy flavor of radishes and has antibacterial properties. The radish greens are said to be even more nutritious than the radishes themselves and should therefore not simply be thrown away.
