Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Beef burger filled with pulled pork, cheese and salad

First, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and cane sugar and form two equal-sized burger patties. Then place some pulled pork in the center of the first patty, layer the second patty on top, and press the edges of both patties together firmly so the pulled pork doesn’t fall out. Then grill the burger at 240-260 degrees direct heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Then move it to the indirect zone, top with onion rings and a slice of cheese, and let it cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. In the meantime, cut the bun in half and spread both halves with BBG sauce. Top the bottom with lettuce and cucumber slices, place the patty on top, fold it shut, and bite into it.
