Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g meat, approx. ready grilled, e.g. steaks of all kinds, pulled pork, leg, roast beef
  • 2 wheat tortilla(s) or flatbread for Dürüm
  • 100 g Gouda, grated
  • 16 shrimp(s)
  • 2 garlic sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 2 BBQ sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the grill. Briefly sear the shrimp on the grill. Briefly heat the meat and cheese. Briefly heat the wraps. Place the wraps on a board and spread with garlic sauce (leave the edges free) and season with salt. Then top with the meat, shrimp, and parsley. Finally, drizzle with BBQ sauce. Fold the bottom half of the wraps inward, then fold the right and left sides toward the center, applying a little tension. Done! Have fun making this.
