Russian eggs with kombu filling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs, size M
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp powder (kombu powder)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Party snack with seaweed seasoning

Hard-boil the eggs and then let them cool slightly. Peel the eggs and halve them lengthwise. Remove the yolks from the halved eggs and place them in a small bowl with the other ingredients. Mix everything until smooth. Carefully fill the egg halves with the mixture (e.g., using a piping bag). The deviled eggs can be decorated with chlorella algae pearls or black caviar.
