Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 300 g salad (meat salad)
  • 25 g caviar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Boil the eggs hard and let them cool. Once they’ve cooled, remove the shells and slice them lengthwise. Then, scoop out the yolks with a teaspoon. Mash the yolks in a bowl with a fork and then mix them with the meat salad. Fill the center of the egg halves with the egg yolk and meat salad mixture and garnish with caviar.
