Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg pork shoulder
- 3 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp basil
- 3 garlic cloves
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes
Cossack roast
Crush the garlic cloves with a little salt and rub them into a paste with mustard and the dried herbs. Brush the paste onto the pork shoulder and marinate for 24 hours. Then roast as usual.
