Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg Schupfnudeln from the refrigerated section
  • 500 g vegetables, mixed Chinese mix, frozen
  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce, sweet
  • 3 tbsp oil (peanut oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim the meat, wash it, and pat it dry. Cut it into small pieces or strips. Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat until crispy. Add the soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. Now add the vegetables. After 4-5 minutes, add the dumplings, stirring well. After 5-7 minutes, the dish is ready to enjoy.
