Grill marinade for minute steaks

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 steak(s) (minute steaks)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp pepper, mixed seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 100 ml pineapple juice
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

with cinnamon

Crush the garlic and roughly chop. Grind the pepper and chili in a mortar and pestle and mix with the cinnamon and turmeric. Transfer to a freezer bag, add the pineapple juice, and mix well. Now add the minute steaks to the bag and massage in the marinade. Finally, add a little oil and let it sit for a while before grilling.
