simple and vegetarian, party highlight

Cut the Chinese cabbage into pieces and flatten the individual leaves with a paper towel. Squeeze out the garlic and mix with the mayonnaise and pepper. Cut the feta cheese into flat squares. Prepare the salad dressing with water and oil as directed on the package. Spread a leaf of Chinese cabbage with the mayo-garlic mixture, place a piece of feta cheese in the middle, and wrap it with the leaf. Layer the individual rolls in a bowl and add a little salad dressing between each layer. Once all the leaves have been used, mix the leftover mayo or salad dressing and pour it over the rolls. A quick tip: It’s best to make the rolls the day before serving so they’ll be nicely marinated.
