Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into even pieces using a slicer. Place the sweet potatoes in a bowl and toss with salt, pepper, and oil. Add small portions to the air fryer to ensure the chips crisp evenly. Remove the basket every 2 minutes and shake well. Cook at 160 degrees Celsius for the first 8 minutes and then at 180 degrees Celsius for the next 6 minutes. Tip: It’s best to use a high-quality slicer. The more evenly sliced ​​the potatoes, the better the end result.
