Dried zucchini chips

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 kg zucchini
  • herbal salt
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash and trim the zucchini, and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Do not peel. Cut the zucchini into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices and place them side by side in the dehydrator. The individual slices can touch, but should not be stacked. Sprinkle everything with the spices as desired and dehydrate overnight for about 6-7 hours. This amount is enough for two medium jars and tastes great as a healthy substitute for chips. Tip: You can also dehydrate the zucchini in the oven at a low temperature.
