Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup parsley
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot(s)
- ¼ cup(s) coriander
- ¾ tbsp chili flakes
- ½ tbsp cumin
- ½ tbsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Argentinian green sauce
Combine all ingredients in a blender or blend with an immersion blender. Let stand at room temperature. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week.
