Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 tsp garlic puree
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • some basil, fresh
  • some parsley, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Turn each half in the opposite direction and remove the pit. Scoop out the inside with a teaspoon, place it in a bowl, and drizzle with lemon juice. Mash finely with a fork. Halve the tomato, remove the inner seeds, and dice the flesh. Finely dice the onion. Dice the hard-boiled eggs. Add everything to the avocado puree in the bowl along with 2 teaspoons of garlic cream. Add the finely chopped fresh herbs. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper, fill the empty avocado shells, and serve. Serve with baguette.
