Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

perfect for barbecues or as a spread

Mix the quark with the tomato paste and the tuna liquid. Drain the bell peppers or tomatoes thoroughly, chop them finely, and add them to the quark along with the chives and tuna. Crumble the feta cheese over the quark and mix everything well. Finally, season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and plenty of paprika, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Note: Grilled bell peppers will make the dip a bit spicier. Grilled or baked tomatoes will have a slightly sweeter flavor. If you like garlic, you can also add a little more garlic or use tomatoes or bell peppers marinated in garlic.
