Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g grapes
- 1 head of broccoli
- 200 g peanuts
- 1 class jar mayonnaise, approx. 250 g
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Then wash the broccoli and grapes and place them in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and peanuts and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Approx. 600 kcal per serving.
