Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. sugar
  • 2 tsp horseradish, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare a marinade from sour cream, horseradish, salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Core the apples and peppers, cut them into thin strips, and mix them with the marinade.
