- 120 g tomatoes, dried without oil
- 20 g coarse-grained sea salt

makes 1 glass of approx. 200 ml
Preheat oven to 150°C fan/convection oven. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes, arrange them on a baking sheet, and place them on the middle rack of the oven. Wedge a wooden spoon in the oven door. After 30 minutes, reduce the heat to 80-100°C and leave in the oven for another 30 minutes (drying time may vary depending on the oven). Grind in a coffee maker with the salt until the desired consistency is reached and pour into a twist-off jar.
