Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp caraway powder
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • e.g. cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container. Stir briefly before use. It keeps for a very long time. Tastes great rubbed onto steaks, pork cutlets, or chicken breast before grilling (or frying).
