Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g sugar, fine
  • 5 g ginger, fresh, net
  • 1 orange(s), organic, peel

Instructions

Preheat oven to 80°C fan/convection oven. Finely chop the ginger and place it on a baking sheet. Grate the orange zest directly over the baking sheet. Place it on the middle rack of the oven for about 60 minutes, with a wooden spoon in the door. After the time, turn off the heat, but leave the baking sheet in the oven until the oven cools down. Grind the ginger in the coffee maker, if necessary. Then thoroughly mix the sugar, ginger, and orange zest and pour it into a screw-top jar. If you feel a bad mood coming on, open the jar, take a deep breath, and then quickly flavor a tea with it.
