Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 banana(s), ripe
- 300 g flour, smooth
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Mash the ripe bananas or chop them with a hand blender. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, oil, and egg and mix. Then stir in the flour mixed with the baking powder. Add the raisins. Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 45 minutes.
