Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 g low-fat curd cheese
- 25 g protein powder with flavor of your choice
- 3 tbsp milk, 1.5% fat
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 20 g spelt flour type 630
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a mixer until smooth. The flavored protein powder eliminates the need for sugar or sugar substitutes. Pour the batter into a mug. It should fill no more than half the mug to avoid overflow during baking. Important: Do not coat the mug with oil or fat. Now place the mug, complete with batter, in the microwave on high for about 2-3 minutes. Remove the finished cake from the microwave and consume immediately. If you like, you can spice up the finished mug cake with some fruit, spices like cinnamon, or similar, or low-carb sauces. Per serving: 277 kcal / 6.5 g fat / 18.5 g carbohydrates / 35.7 g protein
