Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 oat flakes
  • 250 low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp protein powder, vanilla flavor, another flavor will work too
  • 1 banana(s), mashed with a fork
  • ½ tsp Stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 11 minutes; Total time approx. 46 minutes

from the microwave, low fat, with stevia, sugar-free, high in protein, the ideal sweets substitute

Put all the ingredients in a sufficiently large bowl and mix until smooth. Place the bowl in the microwave for 11 minutes at 600 watts. Then let the cake cool slightly. The cake should also work in the oven, but I’ve never tried it. If you do try it, you should definitely stick with it and check how the cake is developing regularly. The result will certainly not win any beauty prizes, but it is extremely nutritious and healthy. For bodybuilders, it is ideal for getting their daily protein intake. For people who want to lose weight, it is a possible alternative to sugary sweets and fattening foods. The cake tastes slightly sweet and is very filling. It is ideal for sharing and can be stored in the fridge for a few days, so that you can enjoy 2-3 slices every day. I think it tastes best with vanilla egg whites, but the photos show it made with chocolate egg whites.
