Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 200 g bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream or sweet cream
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash the Chinese cabbage and slice it into thin strips. Hard-boil the eggs and slice them as well. Fry the bacon in a pan, let it crisp up, and then drain. Mix the sour cream, oil, vinegar, mustard, and mandarin orange juice into a sauce, season with salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped onion, garlic, and herbs. Grate the apple and add it to the sauce. Toss the Chinese cabbage in the sauce and finally, carefully mix in the egg slices, mandarin oranges, and bacon. Serve with baguette.
