Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 12 slices of puff pastry (frozen)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp mustard

Own creation – enough for 12 pieces
Thaw the frozen puff pastry – it’s best to spread the individual sheets out on a tea towel. Then place the puff pastry decoratively in the muffin tin or in paper baking cups. Mix the minced meat with all the other ingredients to make a meat mixture. Season to taste and divide the mixture between the puff pastry cases. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Serve with a mixed salad to complete the meal.
