Crepes – Salmon – Roulade

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 600 g salmon – slices, smoked, high quality
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • Basil, fresh
  • 50 ml cream
  • 450 g flour
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 7 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • Salt
  • Herbs, freshly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix all the ingredients for the crêpes together with a mixer. Fry the crepes thinly in a pan and let them cool. For the filling, mix the cream cheese with the cream until spreadable. Add some crushed coriander seeds, if desired. Spread the mixture over the crêpes and arrange a few basil leaves on top. Finally, arrange the smoked salmon slices on top. Roll up the crêpes and secure them with cling film. Let them cool overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, remove them from the film and slice them. This is sure to be a hit at any party.
