Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 150 g rice pudding
  • 375 ml milk
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Recipe for the Tupper Ultra

Whisk together the butter, sugar, eggs, quark, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Stir the raw rice pudding and 125 ml of milk into the quark mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased 3.5-liter Ultra (Ultra) and pour over the remaining milk. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 75 minutes.
